Jim Donovan Literary has successfully represented book authors to the publishing world since 1993. We primarily deal with New York publishers and larger independent houses, and have longtime relationships with agents in the film industry. Our authors include both established and first-time writers across multiple genres, in both fiction and nonfiction. We work closely with our authors to shape and polish their manuscripts (fiction) or proposals (nonfiction) before submitting to editors.
